Bud break was in early April, followed by a fairly mild summer. We had four very hot days in September and then a mild Fall.
Destemmed whole berries to 4 ton fermentors, fermented for 14 days and extended maceration for 34 days. Barrel down to 100% French oak, 30% new. Aged for 24 month in barrel, bottle straight from barrel, unfiltered.
